We take confidentiality very seriously. Right from the moment you interact with us, either verbally or through any written form, we keep all personally identifiable information (PII) confidential. This includes who you work for or which country you live in. Confidential information is not discussed with or revealed to any other person or organization without your explicit permission. If you are IBTA GLOBAL's current or a past client, we define what is confidential and what is not right when we start. Clients need to be willing to have a open, honest conversation with us and should understand that confidentiality is the foundation which this is built on. We don't share anything either with your organization (in case the organization is the customer) or someone else outside the organization without your permission. This includes one-on-one conversations and information that you put on our Web sites to get articles, white papers or e-books.
